What training here looks like
You walk in at your session time. The day's program is already written — strength work built around squat, hinge, push, pull, and carry, scaled to your level and your history. A coach runs the room, watches your movement, and adjusts on the spot. Forty-five minutes later you're done and on with your day. No wandering between machines, no guessing, no 90-minute time sink.
Who's in the room
Busy adults — parents, professionals, business owners, mostly 35 to 60 — from Ayer, Devens, Groton, Shirley, Harvard, Littleton, Pepperell, and Lunenburg. People training to stay strong and pain-free for the long haul, not to win a bodybuilding show. It's a tight community: theme days, costume nights, and a 6 AM crew that notices when you're not there.
Why mornings
Because mornings happen. Evening workouts lose the negotiation with traffic, kids' practices, and a long day. We run sessions Monday–Friday 5 AM to 1 PM and Saturday 6 to 11 AM — train before the day takes over, done before most people hit snooze twice.
Getting here
We're at 12 Central Ave, Ayer MA 01432, in downtown Ayer with free parking — about 7 minutes from Shirley and Groton, 10 from Littleton, 12 from Harvard, 5 from Devens. If you can get to the Ayer rotary, you can be on the floor two minutes later.
How to start
Every member starts the same way: a free 45-minute session — movement assessment, injury and history review, a real conversation about your goals, and a feel for the room. No pressure, no contract ambush. If it's a fit, we'll talk membership; if it's not, you leave with a free assessment.
